The Playardigans!

I couldn't take it anymore. We haven't hit the walking phase,- in fact they still crawl most the time- so I don't know why I feel like things are so out of control.

Every time you open the door to step outside the two boys come running. And getting them back inside is no piece of cake. They are getting into everything they are not supposed to, and then fighting over it. And it's getting steadily harder to keep the house clean. So I finally told my husband I wanted a play yard. He said to just put them in their room, but their room is still under construction so they still have means of escape.

I once again told him I wanted a play yard. I got frustrated, we had a tiny argument and then he said, "Well do you think you could find on on KSL?"

I did a little search and there it was. The only one of it's kind, and it's owner was going to be making a trip through our hometown that night. I think I was meant to own that play yard.

Our first experience with it went really well. The boys enjoyed their new toy. However, all the times after that they cried. So we bribed them with food, and left the room until they got distracted by toys and now they are really good about playing in their play yard.

It works so nice. I put them in after breakfast, clean up, get them changed and all without them making messes or making bigger messes with existing messes. And it's so nice to be able to walk in and out of the front door freely. Of course, I try to take them outside at least once a day, so they don't spend all their time trapped in a small space, but I still love having it to put them in when necessary
